Dedicated and compassionate, Jesus Gonzalez is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) committed to providing patient-centric care to diverse populations. With a background spanning critical care nursing and mental health, he has developed a deep understanding of holistic patient care.
Jesus earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in May 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida. His empathetic approach to patient care is evident in his current role in local community behavioral health center in Kissimmee, FL, where he conducts psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatments while managing psychotropic medications. Jesus also emphasizes health promotion, maintenance, and disease prevention through patient education. His extensive experience in critical care settings at AdventHealth and HealthTrust Workforce Solutions showcases his ability to adapt and excel in high-stress situations, making him a valuable asset to any healthcare team.
Additionally, Jesus actively contributes to his community through volunteer work and is board-certified by ANCC as a PMHNP, demonstrating his commitment to evidence-based practice and patient well-being. Kelly Brown is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals across the lifespan. She treats a full range of psychiatric conditions and has special expertise in ADHD, trauma, substance abuse, and supporting individuals who have experienced sexual assault or sexual abuse. Kelly is not currently accepting new patients.

She enjoys scuba diving, kite surfing, and adventure-driven travel. Her interest in wellness and lifestyle practices informs her belief that mental health care should support resilience in both body and mind.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Palm Beach State College and her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatry from Walden University. She is board-certified by the ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Michael Palafox is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in nursing and mental health care. He provides comprehensive psychiatric care across the lifespan, working with children, adolescents, and adults to help support their mental wellness and overall quality of life.
Michael’s experience has taken him from the fast-paced environment of emergency medicine to the meaningful work of community mental health, where he has cared for individuals during some of their most vulnerable and challenging moments. Through these experiences, he developed a deep appreciation for the importance of providing support, stability, and understanding when patients are navigating difficult circumstances.
A graduate of Purdue University Global, Michael combines a strong academic foundation with extensive hands-on clinical experience. He believes that meaningful mental health care begins with building trust and ensuring patients feel heard, respected, and supported. His approach focuses on creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, goals, and experiences.
Michael understands that life brings seasons of both challenges and growth, and he is committed to helping patients navigate those moments with compassion and practical guidance. He strives to be a dependable presence and partner in care, helping individuals and families move toward greater balance, wellness, and long-term success.

Gabriel Alvarez
APRN, FNP, PMHNP
Gabriel Alvarez is not currently accepting new patients ages 15 and older. He accepts all of the insurance plans listed on the home page. He is a dual Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, Masters of Science in Nursing from South University-Georgia, and a post-graduate board certificate in Psychiatry from Regis College-Massachusetts. His clinical experience includes over 7 years of serving individuals in a community mental health setting and private practice. He has a true passion to help others, visits are not rushed, and he takes pride in delivering quality care to his patients.
