Before becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Gabriel worked as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit, where he cared for patients and families during some of life's most challenging moments. His experience in critical care strengthened his ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate with empathy, and provide compassionate care during times of uncertainty.

Gabriel earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami and his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. During his clinical training, he gained experience providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment for individuals ages 6 and up, with a variety of mental health conditions in outpatient settings.

Gabriel believes that meaningful mental health care begins with building trust and listening. He works collaboratively with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, education, and evidence-based interventions to support long-term emotional wellness.
