Kelly Brown
APRN, PMHNP
Kelly Brown is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals across the lifespan. She treats a full range of psychiatric conditions and has special expertise in ADHD, trauma, substance abuse, and supporting individuals who have experienced sexual assault or sexual abuse. Kelly is currently accepting new patients ages six and older.

**Kelly will have appointments available starting on 1/5/2026. Kelly will be offering in office visits on Fridays in our Longwood office. She will also be offering telehealth appointments as well throughout the week.

With a professional background rooted in hospital-based nursing, Kelly developed a deep appreciation for the mind–body connection and the importance of meeting patients with steadiness during their most vulnerable moments. This experience shaped her holistic clinical perspective and informs the grounded, patient-centered care she provides today.
Kelly believes that many symptoms people struggle with are signs of a nervous system under prolonged stress. Her treatment approach combines therapy, medication management, and practical nervous system regulation skills to support long-term emotional stability. She strives to create a safe, calm environment where patients can explore their experiences openly and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for them.

Outside of her clinical work, Kelly is a mother of two, a wife, and someone who loves cooking, the Food Network, and exploring new places throughout Orlando. She enjoys scuba diving, kite surfing, and adventure-driven travel. Her interest in wellness and lifestyle practices informs her belief that mental health care should support resilience in both body and mind.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Palm Beach State College and her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatry from Walden University. She is board-certified by the ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Cassandra Craft Cunnien
DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Craft is board certified and completed a doctorate degree specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

She is currently accepting new patients ages 6 and up, including adults.

She has earned her degrees from the University of Florida, including Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2015 and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2018.
Throughout her nursing career, Dr. Craft has worked in numerous areas of mental health care, including inpatient crisis unit, residential treatment facility, and community outpatient care. For the past five years she has enjoyed working in a community mental health outpatient setting, specializing serving both adults and children. One of her passions and area of specialty is working with children and adolescents. Her practice style values building positive rapport and communication that clients can find approachable and supportive.
Eyleen Cannon
APRN, PMHNP-BC, CCM, MBA
Eyleen is currently accepting new patients ages 12 and older. ​

Eyleen is bi-lingual (English/Spanish), board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with over 12 years of experience in healthcare. Works closely with her patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans that support each patient’s unique needs. Her treatment philosophy is founded on principles of compassion, collaboration, and respect, and is dedicated to providing a supportive environment where her patients can feel safe to seek help.

She brings a diverse background in community mental health, acute medical care, behavioral health case management, home health, and nursing leadership to her practice. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South College- Tennessee and earned a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Health Services Administration from Barry University. Eyleen focuses on delivering person-centered care with compassion, utilizing evidence-based practices and lifestyle management strategies.
Jesus Gonzalez

Dedicated and compassionate, Jesus Gonzalez is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) committed to providing patient-centric care to diverse populations. With a background spanning critical care nursing and mental health, he has developed a deep understanding of holistic patient care.
Jesus earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in May 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida. His empathetic approach to patient care is evident in his current role in local community behavioral health center in Kissimmee, FL, where he conducts psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatments while managing psychotropic medications. Jesus also emphasizes health promotion, maintenance, and disease prevention through patient education. His extensive experience in critical care settings at AdventHealth and HealthTrust Workforce Solutions showcases his ability to adapt and excel in high-stress situations, making him a valuable asset to any healthcare team.
Additionally, Jesus actively contributes to his community through volunteer work and is board-certified by ANCC as a PMHNP, demonstrating his commitment to evidence-based practice and patient well-being. With a strong foundation in nursing and psychology, Jesus Gonzalez is a healthcare professional dedicated to making a positive impact on mental health and substance abuse disorders within the community.
Gabriel Alvarez
APRN, FNP, PMHNP
Gabriel Alvarez is not currently accepting new patients. provides care for those ages 6 and older. He accepts all of the insurance plans listed on the home page. He is a dual Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, Masters of Science in Nursing from South University-Georgia, and a post-graduate board certificate in Psychiatry from Regis College-Massachusetts. His clinical experience includes over 7 years of serving individuals in a community mental health setting and private practice. He has a true passion to help others, visits are not rushed, and he takes pride in delivering quality care to his patients.
