Terms of Use

Effective October 23, 2026

These Terms govern your use of stillwaterspsychiatry.com, operated by Still Waters Psychiatry PLLC. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not for emergencies.

This website and its forms are not monitored around the clock. If you are thinking about harming yourself or others, or have a medical emergency, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

2. Information only, not medical advice.

Content on this site, including blog posts and condition pages, is general information. It is not a diagnosis or treatment plan and does not replace an evaluation by a qualified clinician. Do not start, stop or change any medication based on this site.

3. No doctor–patient relationship.

Visiting the site, sending a contact form, or calling us does not make you our patient. A treatment relationship begins only after we accept you as a patient and complete an initial evaluation.

4. Appointments, insurance and fees.

Appointments are scheduled through our patient portal (IntakeQ). Provider availability, accepted insurance and fees shown on the site may change and are confirmed at scheduling. Some providers may not be accepting new patients.

5. Telehealth.

Telehealth visits are available only to patients who are physically located in Florida at the time of the visit. Additional telehealth consent is provided before your first virtual visit.

6. Third-party services and links.

The site links to services we do not control, such as IntakeQ, Spruce, Psychology Today and review sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Acceptable use.

Do not misuse the site, including by sending malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or submitting false information.

8. Intellectual property.

Site content, logos and images belong to Still Waters Psychiatry or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimers and limits.

The site is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits our professional obligations to patients.

10. Privacy.

Our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices explain how we handle information.

11. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Changes and contact.

We may update these Terms; the effective date shows the current version. Questions: Still Waters Psychiatry PLLC, 300 N Ronald Reagan Blvd, Suite 204, Longwood, FL 32750, 407-974-6539.
